production lead times
Because production lead times are consistently 8-10 weeks, due to booking and selling out, estimated for made to order earrings and statement pieces. Letter bracelets and necklaces that take an estimated 4 weeks to complete. There is always a 3 queues for completion, one (Queue 1) for the main shop, one (Queue 2) for necklaces and the letter bracelet shop, and one for customs (Queue 3) - due to the custom and boutique nature of the jeweler artist’s work and their existence in the marketplace as a disabled small business owner. You can read the blog, check your email, or look at the listing for both estimated completion to shipping times and the current project management schedule. Each listing says “Queue 1” or “Queue 2” to give you an idea of what the estimated waiting time is for production to be able to ship.
I am transparent about the production updates page and removed the password on 5.21.24. This will allow my clients and collectors to decide for themselves if they want to order keeping in mind the current queue.
NOTE: A special or custom listing serves as an invoice. All invoices are due within 24 hours of receipt or your order or the order will be cancelled.

If you are outside of the areas listed in checkout for international shipping please follow these instructions:
Inquire about international shipping using the contact page, be sure to include your city, province, county, and any postal codes. You do not have to give a full address.
You will receive an email in return with an estimated shipping rate. You can then request something to be listed for you and that listing will be your invoice for the item and the estimated shipping.
Once final shipping rates are obtained in the packaging process, you will receive a custom listing email to pay the remainder of the shipping OR you will receive a refund of any portion that may have been overpaid.

Please make sure to double and triple check all contact information at checkout. The artist jeweler cannot change any of that information The best way to avoid mistakes is to register an account instead of checking out as a guest. If you have an issue with accessibility in the ordering process, please use the CONTACT page to reach out and a phone number will be provided to walk you through the ordering process. If you email the jeweler artist to change an address, after placing an order with an incorrect address, it is the only way to officially insure it will be done. Social media DMs do not count as valid or reliable communication pertaining to your order. Thank you!
Can I wear Indigenous beadwork as a non-Native?
The easy answer to this is YES! We want you to purchase from Indigenous beaders as many of us continue to use traditional craft and skill to support ourselves and our communities. If a piece or pieces are not open to wear by non-Natives they will be marked as such in the shop.
