Please allow 48 hours on either side of the estimated completion before contacting if you have not received an email that it has been fulfilled.
Note: If you ordered a necklace or a bracelet alongside a made to order, remake, or commission, it will be included in the queue for the project that takes more time to complete unless you paid for separate shipping.
